- Tell me about your business?
MyBox Maldives provides a hassle-free service of shipping your purchased items from Singapore online shops to your doorstep in Maldives. Upon signing up at our website, you will be assigned a Singapore address to forward your parcels to. We take care of the shipping, customs clearance, and final delivery to your home in Maldives We cater to all types and sizes of packages (Except Perfume and accept payments in both MVR and USD.
- How do I get started with Airfreight packages?
- Sign up with us and receive your unique Singapore shipping address. In the sign-up email, we will provide our address, a link to upload your purchase receipt, and other relevant information to help us track your package.
- Shop online at any Singapore-based store or a website that delivers to Singapore. During checkout, use the shipping address we provided to you.
- After placing your order, upload your receipt or a screenshot of your cart items using the upload button in the first email we sent you upon signing up. Additionally, provide a copy of your National ID using the link in the same email.
- Once your package arrives and is processed at our Singapore warehouse, we will send you an email with its details.
- Upon receiving your confirmation to proceed with shipping, we will email you the shipping cost and payment information.
- After completing the payment, we will ship your order to your address in Maldives. You can pay in either MVR or USD to our Maldives-based bank account.
- We will update you on the shipment status as it reaches our warehouse, received in Male', and cleared for delivery.
- Our team will handle all customs clearance and contact you for delivery. Please note that personal items brought into the country with a total value exceeding MVR 6000 will incur customs duty. For more information, please visit the customs link provided.
- I did not receive the email after signing up. What should I do?

- Is your business registered?
Yes, we are a registered business with the Ministry of Economic Development in the Maldives.
- How does Payment Assistance / Assisted Purchase work?
We offer a Payment Assistance service where we pay for your order on your behalf and invoice you accordingly. Simply share the website link for the product you wish to purchase, and once the transaction is complete, you can make payment to our Maldives-based bank accounts in either MVR or USD. Please note that a 5% service charge will be levied for this service.
- Which locations do you deliver to?
Currently we deliver to the Greater Male’ Area only.
- What currencies do you accept?
We accept payments in Maldivian Rufiyaa or US Dollar, whichever is convenient for you.
- What shipping methods do you use?
For smaller packages, we use airfreight. For larger items, we use sea freight.
- What is the estimated delivery time?
- Upon receiving your order at our Singapore warehouse, it generally takes 5-7 days to complete the shipping, clearance, and delivery process.
- Please note that the delivery time does not include the individual merchant's delivery period.
- Currently, we have weekly shipments via air freight. If we receive your order before 6 pm on Wednesday (Singapore Time), we will deliver it by the following Sunday or Monday. If your order is received after this cutoff time, it will be included in the next week's shipment schedule.
- For seafreight the delivery takes 4 weeks.
- How long can I keep my package(s) with Mybox?
You may keep small packages, suitable for air freight only, with us for one month free of charge. Additional charges will apply for longer duration and will be communicated via email.
- Can I ship very large items?
Yes, we can definitely ship large items such as refrigerators and furniture by sea freight.

No, you may purchase items from any online store, as long as you send them to our designated Singapore address. We will handle the rest, including delivering your package to your address in Maldives.
